Crazy Times!

Hey everyone!!

This year has been so busy...It's crazy. I'm sorry I've been so lacking on the blog posts. I graduate high school soon and move on to the next chapter of my life, which hopefully will be just as great as this one was. Lately has been so hectic, since we are nearing the end of the school year; so of course there are just so many occasions to attend & parties to buy dresses for! I was just really excited because of my purchase today I had to share!

I've always wanted a Lilly Pulitzer dress for my graduation, and I finally got one today! This is the Calhoun style dress in pink eyelet. I absolutely love it on. I got it for $288 at The Pink Pineapple.

Until next time,

I'm Back!! (Organization Tips)

Hey everyone! It has been entirely too long since my last blog post, so I decided to start it up again. Currently, I am sitting on my bed procrastinating cleaning my room, so I figured it would be a perfect time to start.

As you may know, I am a senior in high school with only a few more months left of the "golden years" of my life. It is very sad, but I am also very excited about what is to come. Since I am supposed to be cleaning today, I figured I would do an Organization tips topic for today.

So, we all know this is what we wish our closet would look like.

Even though this may seem like an impossible task, there are many ways to get your closet to look this good. Target has an unbelievable selection of closet organizers, and Macy's has  these amazing NeatFreak Organizers for your closet. (Especially good for dorms with limited closet space)

Another good thing to invest in is storage trunks for underneath your bed. Because if you're like me, and your king size bed takes up most of the room, you need space to keep your mind-blowing amount of clothes. These trunks you can find normally at P.B. Teen, which is a good place to find almost anything for your room! That's it for today! It is good to be back!

Just a Rainy Day

Hey everyone! I'm officially on vacation! Ahhh it feels so good to finally relax & be away for a while. Here's where I am!

Yesterday when I got in it was sunny, however today it was a tad overcast & going to rain. While we're on the subject of rain, I might as well do a post about it! Today I'll be showing you a few essentials for a rainy day!
Hunter boots are a MUST for rainy days. Wouldn't want to get your favorite pair of shoes dirty & wet!
The best part is they come in all of these fun colors!
I'm quite obsessed with this outfit so I put it up..It is more for snow than rain, but you could use it for either. This is just an example of what you would wear them with.
& of course you must have an umbrella..There's so many to choose from. Vineyard Vines or you can even get a monogrammed one! Ahh so cute!!! Anyway thanks for reading, stay tuned for next time!

Packing for Vacation

Hey everyone! Tomorrow I leave for my vacation to my lake house in Michigan & I am freaking out about getting everything to fit! I am going to be showing you the bags & ways I pack today! Comment below & show me some of your favorite bags for vacation or methods of packing!
This is the bag I am putting under the plane..It's a Ricardo Beverly Hills. It's very big, but for all the clothes I want to bring, not big enough. (I don't think I'll ever find one big enough) This is where I put all of my clothes, shoes, & toiletries. I kinda want to get a cuter one so if anyone has any suggestions please comment below.

This is my Ralph Lauren rolly duffel bag that I take as one of my carry-ons. You can't really see the full size of it here though, but it is amazing and I love it. In here I put all of my clothes that I can't fit in my big bag.
And last but not least, this is my purse that I also bring as a carry-on. It is the Louis Vuitton neverfull GM. I absolutely love it. This is where I put my essentials like my wallet, sunglasses, books to read, and movies. Thanks for reading everyone and stay tuned for more! From Florida to Michigan.

Summer Accessory Essentials

Hey everyone! Sorry for the lack of posts, but I have been super busy working & attending a volleyball camp for my school. It has been super fun & the little kids are a joy to work with! Today as I am finishing up camp & packing, I will be showing you guys some summer essentials (that aren't clothes) for us preppy people! Here are a few:
Croakies are definitely an essential for summer. When you're not wearing your sunglasses & you don't want them falling off the side of the boat, these are perf! Vineyard Vines are my favorite, but so many places have them!
So, it was super hard to choose just one for koozies, but these are seersucker & monogrammed so they won. But this is another thing that sooo many places sell & all are cute & preppy.
Another great summer essential is anything from KJP! (Kiel James Patrick) Whether it's a bracelet or belt or whatever, it is amazing for summer & super duper cute!
Even though there are many more things I could put on here, a hat is the last one. I am kinda obsessed with my hats. I have this one in a darker pink with a green horse & its so super cute I can't take it. I also have a navy lacoste one, & a seersucker Titleist one for golfing. I have many more, but those are my favs...Obsessed!! Anyway, thanks for reading! Stay tuned for next time I will be showing you some of my traveling essentials!

Summer Outfits Part 2 (Nautical Themed)

Hey everyone! The countdown until I go to my lake house in Michigan is underway! 6 more days!! Yay!! I have already started packing..my suitcase is full & I'm not even halfway done, so I have no clue what to do! Today I will be showing you some of my favorite nautical themed outfits! I am super duper excited about this one. First, the colors of nauticalness (if that is a word)....Most people stick to the navy, white, & red for this..But I however like to wear navy & white stripes with yellow or orange sometimes too! It goes so well!! Okay, here are a few outfits I like:

This is a casual outfit that is perfect for anything..You could wear it virtually anywhere. White jeans are literally my life because they go with everything & one can never have too many navy & white striped shirts! Blazers are also one of the other things I adore because they make an outfit look complete & classy. And also you can't forget the red polo shoes & other amazing accessories that make this outfit! Love, Love, Love!

There were a lot of navy & white dresses so it was hard to choose one, but I absolutely loved this one so I picked it. It would be perfect paired with red stilettos or cute wedges! Another thing that works well with the nautical theme is polka dots, not just stripes & they're totally in style! One thing to be careful of is mixing stripes! Another dress that I absolutely love that I'll leave the link for is the J.Crew dizzy anchors dress It is absolutely fabulous!

Last one! This bathing suit I am in LOVE with from Target! They have the cutest bathing suits! It is super adorable & for the girl in need of the extra padding it is a push up! (Not that I do thank the Lord) They have a few other cute nautical themed ones also that you should go check out, & most of them you can mix & match! That's it for today, but stay tuned for more tomorrow!
